Email us with your query, and a representative will get back to you within 1 - 2 working days. We will advise you on how to move forward, or what our next steps are going to be. Simple.
Hassle-free Returns
To make returns as simple as possible, ensure that:
- The product is returned in its original packaging and that it is unused;
- The tags, if any, is still on and the product hasn't been used, and then returned;
- You keep to the time limits;
- The item is returned with all its parts and pieces;
- You've checked that the item is not a non-returnable item.
When do you get a Refund?
Refunds are only applicable when the product was damaged in transit, and when there is proof submitted by you to our returns department within 3 days of taking delivery. If you would like a replacement product, this will be sent to you from us, on us.
